sweet multi-colored peppers, seeded and sliced in half
canned or vacuum packed alaskan salmon--bones and skin removed
prepared spinach dip containing carrots and water chestnuts

How to Make Stuffed sweet peppers appetizer/salad


  • 1Blend spinach dip and salmon. (One part dip to 3 to 4 parts salmon or to taste) Stuff the pepper shells.
  • 2Makes 20 appetizers or serve 2 on lettuce for a salad.
