Ingredients

  • 10
    sweet multi-colored peppers, seeded and sliced in half
  • ·
    canned or vacuum packed alaskan salmon--bones and skin removed
  • ·
    prepared spinach dip containing carrots and water chestnuts

How to Make Stuffed sweet peppers appetizer/salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend spinach dip and salmon. (One part dip to 3 to 4 parts salmon or to taste) Stuff the pepper shells.
  2. Makes 20 appetizers or serve 2 on lettuce for a salad.
