How to Make Shrimp Tartlets
- Drain shrimp and combine with the egg, cream and brandy.
- Take the rolls apart and place in small lightly greased muffin tins
- Fill with shrimp mixture
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10 minutes
- Serve warm
- Freezes well
- Reheat before serving
