shrimp tartlets
A recipe given to me from a friend and neighbor many years ago. Another oldy but goodie. These are delicious. Please try them and see for yourself.

Ingredients
- - 1 can small shrimp, drained
- - 1 beaten egg
- - 1 tsp brandy
- - 1 pkg of pillsbury butterflake rolls
- - 1/2 cup light cream
- - 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
How To Make shrimp tartlets

Step 1Drain shrimp and combine with the egg, cream and brandy.

Step 2Take the rolls apart and place in small lightly greased muffin tins

Step 3Fill with shrimp mixture

Step 4Top with grated cheese

Step 5Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10 minutes

Step 6Serve warm

Step 7Freezes well

Step 8Reheat before serving
