Ingredients

1 c
butter, melted
2 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
paprika
1 dash(es)
cayenne pepper
1/2 c
dry sherry
2 c
soft bread crumbs
4 lb
medium cooked shrimp

How to Make Shrimp de Jonghe

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

    To the melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, and sherry. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and toss.
  • 2Place shrimp in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the shrimp.
  • 3Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving.
