This salad is delicious and so easy. The capers add "that little something extra" that will wake up your taste buds. Use it as a salad, appetizer or on a sandwich.

Ingredients For seafood salad

1 lbimitation crabmeat

2 Tbspmayonnaise

2 Tbspmiracle whip (salad dressing)

2 stalkcelery, small diced

1 pinchsea salt or pink himalayan salt

1/2 Tbspcapers, rinsed & drained well
How To Make seafood salad

1Empty imitation crab into medium bowl.

2Using kitchen shears, cut the crab pieces into smaller pieces.

3Add mayonnaise, miracle whip, celery and salt; mix thoroughly.

4Add capers and mix gently.

5Serve as a salad, on a bed of lettuce. Makes a nice appetizer served on bagel crisps and a great sandwich on a sub roll or bun.

6Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
