This salad is delicious and so easy. The capers add "that little something extra" that will wake up your taste buds. Use it as a salad, appetizer or on a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons miracle whip (salad dressing)
- 2 stalks celery, small diced
- 1 pinch sea salt or pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tablespoon capers, rinsed & drained well
How To Make seafood salad

Step 1Empty imitation crab into medium bowl.

Step 2Using kitchen shears, cut the crab pieces into smaller pieces.

Step 3Add mayonnaise, miracle whip, celery and salt; mix thoroughly.

Step 4Add capers and mix gently.

Step 5Serve as a salad, on a bed of lettuce. Makes a nice appetizer served on bagel crisps and a great sandwich on a sub roll or bun.

Step 6Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
