I had snow crab legs left after a crab boil and was looking for something to do with them the next night that would be different. I decided to take a recipe that usually uses chicken and tweak the flavors a little for crab. The recipe would have been very quick and easy except for having to pick the meat from those crab legs! The family loved it so I decided to write it down here. I'm so bad about making something and forgetting what I did.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 1/2 c
crabmeat
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
4 oz
cream cheese
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp
worchestershire sauce
1 can(s)
crescent roll dough, if using the one that is separated into rools press the seams together
1 c
mixed vegetables
dash(es)
old bay seasoning

How to Make Pam's Cheesy Crab in Pastry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375
  • 2spray baking sheet with oil
  • 3Mix everything except crescent roll dough
  • 4Roll dough out on baking sheet
  • 5Place mixture down center of dough
  • 6Make slits in dough outside of mixture and pull up over center
  • 7Bake for 25 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
