Simple crab-stuffed mushrooms. From Seafood Twice a Week.

  • 7 oz
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    pimiento, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    capers, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 16 large
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Neptunes


  1. Mix crab, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, pimiento, onion, capers and salt.
  2. Scoop stems out of mushrooms.
  3. Place mushrooms stem side down on an oiled baking dish. Broil 3 minutes.
  4. Turn over mushrooms and fill each with a teaspoon of the crab mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Broil stuffed mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
