marie's "unreal" crab dip
Taste great on Ritz (what doesn't!) and multi grain crackers. Pita chips would be good too! I haven't tried baking this in the oven, but I think it would do well. Put in a 1 quart buttered dish and top with sharp cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven until the cheese melts on top.

Ingredients
- 1 -8 package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped fine
- 1/4 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning or more
- 1/4 teaspoon goya salad & vegetable seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon seafood dip mix optional
- 1- 8 oz. packages imitation crabmeat
How To Make marie's "unreal" crab dip

Step 1Directions: Drain off any liquid from the crab meat and pat dry. Cut into small pieces about the size of a dime.

Step 2Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and ketchup until fluffy. Add the crab meat and the other ingredients, blend. Put in covered bowl and chill over night or for an hour. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
