Marie's "Unreal" Crab Dip

Taste great on Ritz (what doesn't!) and multi grain crackers. Pita chips would be good too! I haven't tried baking this in the oven, but I think it would do well. Put in a 1 quart buttered dish and top with sharp cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven until the cheese melts on top.

  • 1 -8 pkg
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion chopped fine
  • 1/4 c
    celery chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper or more
  • 1 Tbsp
    old bay seasoning or more
  • 1/4 tsp
    goya salad & vegetable seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    seafood dip mix optional
  • 1- 8 oz. pkg
    imitation crabmeat

How to Make Marie's "Unreal" Crab Dip


  1. Directions:

    Drain off any liquid from the crab meat and pat dry. Cut into small pieces about the size of a dime.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and ketchup until fluffy. Add the crab meat and the other ingredients, blend. Put in covered bowl and chill over night or for an hour. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
