Ingredients

1 box
jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
1 c
chopped hot dogs
2 Tbsp
chopped jar jalapenos
shredded cheddar cheese

HONEY MUSTARD

storebought

OR

1/4 c
yellow mustard
1/8 tsp
honey

How to Make Jalapeno Corn Dog Cupcakes W/honey mustard dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.
  • 2Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos.

    Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.
  • 3Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min.

    Serve with honey mustard.
