Ingredients

1 box jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
1 cup chopped hot dogs
2 tablespoons chopped jar jalapenos
- shredded cheddar cheese
HONEY MUSTARD
- storebought
OR
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon honey

How To Make jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

Step 1

Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.

Step 2

Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos. Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.
Step 3

Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min. Serve with honey mustard.
