Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
- 1 cup chopped hot dogs
- 2 tablespoons chopped jar jalapenos
- - shredded cheddar cheese
- HONEY MUSTARD
- - storebought
- OR
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon honey
How To Make jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

Step 1Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.

Step 2Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos. Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.

Step 3Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min. Serve with honey mustard.
