Ingredients

  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
  • 1 cup chopped hot dogs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jar jalapenos
  • - shredded cheddar cheese
  • HONEY MUSTARD
  • - storebought
  • OR
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon honey

How To Make jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

  • Step 1
    Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.
  • Step 2
    Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos. Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min. Serve with honey mustard.
