greek bacon wrapped shrimp
I was at a Christmas party many moons ago, and the party was catered by an Italian restaurant. They served a bacon wrapped shrimp that was to die for, from that day, I was determined to make a recipe that was close to that tasty morsel I had that night.

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined,colossal size
- 2 tablespoons greek seasoning, divided
- 2 teaspoons crushed pepper flakes, divided
- 1 pound good quality bacon
How To Make greek bacon wrapped shrimp

Step 1Preheat oven to 400'

Step 2Cover the shrimp with the olive oil

Step 3Add 1 tablespoon of Greek seasoning and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Step 4Take bacon strips and cut in half.

Step 5Wrap shrimp in half slice of bacon. Mix remaining Greek seasoning and pepper flakes and roll wrapped shrimp in mixture. You may need more seasoning.

Step 6Place in 13 x 9 baking dish and broil for 15-20 minutes or until done. Enjoy!!

Step 7Also goes great on top of fettichinni Alfredo.
