- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine --optional
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper

- SHRIMP FILLING
- 2 cans (4 1/2 oz )baby shrimp drained
- 2 - hard boiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped celery and/or chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- - add enough mayonaise to moisten
- HAM FILLING
- 3 (4 1/oz) cans deviled ham
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish, salt and pepper
- - combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten
