These take a little time but well worth it. They also make a very pretty presentation. I enjoy them and hope you do also.

Ingredients

  • CHICKEN FILLING
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine --optional
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper
  • - fill cream puffs and enjoy
  • SHRIMP FILLING
  • 2 cans (4 1/2 oz )baby shrimp drained
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped celery and/or chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • - add enough mayonaise to moisten
  • HAM FILLING
  • 3 (4 1/oz) cans deviled ham
  • 3/4 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish, salt and pepper
  • - combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten

    Chicken filling Fill small cream puffs and use as hor d'oeuvre's
  • Step 2
    Shrimp filling Fill small cream puffs also and use for hor d'oeuvre's
  • Step 3
    Ham filling Combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten fill cream puffs
