Ingredients
- 2 pounds butter
- 1/2 cup garlic minced
- 1 bunch parsley finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make escargots butter

Step 1Pull butter 30 minutes prior to slightly soften

Step 2Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.

Step 3Blend on lowest speed for 15 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides 3 times.

Step 4Using a spatula place prepped butter in plastic container,

Step 5Refrigerate immediately.
