  • 2 lb
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    garlic minced
  • 1 bunch
    parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Escargots Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Pull butter 30 minutes prior to slightly soften
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.
  3. Blend on lowest speed for 15 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides 3 times.
  4. Using a spatula place prepped butter in plastic container,
  5. Refrigerate immediately.
