Escargots Butter

Ingredients

2 lbbutter
-
1/2 cgarlic minced

1 bunchparsley finely chopped

1/2 Tbspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
How to Make Escargots Butter
- Pull butter 30 minutes prior to slightly soften
- Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.
- Blend on lowest speed for 15 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides 3 times.
- Using a spatula place prepped butter in plastic container,
- Refrigerate immediately.
