This is so awesomely delicious! It's easy to make and such a fresh summertime/anytime dish. You can use it for a main course or an appetizer.

shrimp, fresh or frozen 11-15's size
lemons cut into wedges
1 stick
butter 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
basil, dried
1/4 tsp
old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp
thyme, dried
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
1 tsp
fresh lemon thyme for garnish (optional)

How to Make Easy Shrimp Bake


  • 1Arrange shrimp and lemon wedges in a 9x13 dish.
  • 2Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.
  • 3In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  • 4Whisk dry ingredients into the butter.
    Pour over shrimp and lemons.
    Use pastry brush to get butter mixture on the whole shrimp.
  • 5Cover with foil and bake on 400* for 15-20 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. The size of the shrimp will determine the cooking time needed. (I had pretty large shrimp so it took 20 minutes.)
