easy shrimp bake
This is so awesomely delicious! It's easy to make and such a fresh summertime/anytime dish. You can use it for a main course or an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - shrimp, fresh or frozen 11-15's size
- 2 - lemons cut into wedges
- 1 stick butter 1/2 cup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon thyme for garnish (optional)
How To Make easy shrimp bake

Step 1Arrange shrimp and lemon wedges in a 9x13 dish.

Step 2Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.

Step 3In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients.

Step 4Whisk dry ingredients into the butter. Pour over shrimp and lemons. Use pastry brush to get butter mixture on the whole shrimp.

Step 5Cover with foil and bake on 400* for 15-20 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. The size of the shrimp will determine the cooking time needed. (I had pretty large shrimp so it took 20 minutes.)
