This is so awesomely delicious! It's easy to make and such a fresh summertime/anytime dish. You can use it for a main course or an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - shrimp, fresh or frozen 11-15's size
  • 2 - lemons cut into wedges
  • 1 stick butter 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon thyme for garnish (optional)

How To Make easy shrimp bake

  • Step 1
    Arrange shrimp and lemon wedges in a 9x13 dish.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Whisk dry ingredients into the butter. Pour over shrimp and lemons. Use pastry brush to get butter mixture on the whole shrimp.
  • Step 5
    Cover with foil and bake on 400* for 15-20 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. The size of the shrimp will determine the cooking time needed. (I had pretty large shrimp so it took 20 minutes.)
