I can cook shrimp a billon different and Bubba and I would never get tired of it. We eat mostly fish, chicken and seafood of some sort now that we are older.

cleaned shrimp
1/2 stick
2 clove
garlic minced
1 can(s)
frozen coconut milk
1/2 c
pineapple chunks
green onion tops, chopped

How to Make Creamed Coconut Shrimp


  • 1Place butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and shrimp, sauté shrimp about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are white in color.
  • 2Add the coconut milk, and pineapple chunks cover and simmer on low heat about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3Add chopped onion tops just before done.

    Serve over cooked rice
