creamed coconut shrimp
I can cook shrimp a billon different and Bubba and I would never get tired of it. We eat mostly fish, chicken and seafood of some sort now that we are older.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cleaned shrimp
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can frozen coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- - green onion tops, chopped
How To Make creamed coconut shrimp

Step 1Place butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and shrimp, sauté shrimp about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are white in color.

Step 2Add the coconut milk, and pineapple chunks cover and simmer on low heat about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3Add chopped onion tops just before done. Serve over cooked rice
