Ingredients
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 small onion
- 6 stalks green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 - loaf of french bread
How To Make crawfish bread

Step 1melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onion and chopped green onion. Add minced garlic and simmer until onions are wilted.

Step 2Add your crawfish tails (shrimp can be substituted if desired). Simmer for 10 minutes until crawfish are cooked. Add mayonnaise and simmer another few minutes.

Step 3Served hot over sliced French bread.
