How to Make Crawfish Bread
1melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onion and chopped green onion. Add minced garlic and simmer until onions are wilted.
2Add your crawfish tails (shrimp can be substituted if desired). Simmer for 10 minutes until crawfish are cooked. Add mayonnaise and simmer another few minutes.
3Served hot over sliced French bread.
