Ingredients

1 lb
crawfish tails
1/2 stick
butter
1 small
onion
6 stalk(s)
green onions
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
mayonaise

loaf of french bread

How to Make Crawfish Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onion and chopped green onion. Add minced garlic and simmer until onions are wilted.
  • 2Add your crawfish tails (shrimp can be substituted if desired). Simmer for 10 minutes until crawfish are cooked. Add mayonnaise and simmer another few minutes.
  • 3Served hot over sliced French bread.
