Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced chives, divided
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 ounces lump crab meat
- 1/8 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 12 - oysters shucked, 12 shells reserved
- 4 - lemon wedges
How To Make crabby oysters

Step 1Preheat broiler.

Step 2In a medium bowl combine 1 Tablespoon chives, the mayo, sour cream, salt and white pepper, bacon, and wine; whisk well.

Step 3Add the crabmeat incorporating gently.

Step 4In a small bowl combine the panko and melted butter.

Step 5Arrange oysters in shell on a broiler pan.

Step 6Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the crab mixture over each oyster.

Step 7Sprinkle 1 teaspoon panko mixture over crab mixture.

Step 8Broil for 7 minutes on bottom rack of oven (or bread crumbs will burn) or until done, no more than 9 minutes.

Step 9Place 3 oysters on a plate, sprinkle with remaining chives and serve with lemon wedges.
