- 1/2 - lemon, squeezed
- 1 tablespoon onion, fine chopped
- 1 tablespoon red pepper,fine chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fine chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- - couple dashes of hot sauce
How To Make crab cakes deluxe

Step 1combine all ingredients gently, as to not break up the crab meat too much.

Step 2form into patties and fry in a little bit of oil, about 2 mins each side, until golden brown.

Step 3serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce..YUM
