Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is going to be a great addition to your next get-together. The sweet roasted red peppers are in every bite. There's a bit of a kick from the tabasco that we loved. If you don't like things spicy, cut back on that a bit. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

1 pkg8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/3 cmayonnaise

16 ozcanned lumpmeat crab (remove any shell fragments)

1/3 croasted pepper (drained/chopped/from a jar)

1 tsponion powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2large lemon (zest and juice)

1/4 tsptabasco sauce
How to Make Crab and Roasted Pepper Spread
- When well mixed, transfer to a crock. Cover and chill well.
- Serve cold with your favorite cracker(s) and/or toast points.
