Been making this for years - did not add horseradish - but the results are spectacular

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh shrimp
- 1 large aunt lu's lemon
- 1 ounce liquid crab boil
- 2 cups mayo
- 1 large onion
- 2 packages gelatin
How To Make christmas shrimp mold

Step 1Boil shrimp - peel and devein- chop but leave small hunks

Step 2mince onion - chop parsley

Step 3add mayo, onion, parsley, lemon juice, crab boil - mix well

Step 4add chopped shrimp

Step 5make gelatin - sprinkle in large bowl of 1/2 cp water - wait 10 minutes - mix well - add water to dissolve add to mold mixxture

Step 6lightly line bowl with olive oil - add mixture cover and refrigerate
