Ingredients
- 32 - large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 8 tablespoons melted butter
- 6 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flaked crab meat
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup merlot
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
How To Make baked stuffed shrimp

Step 1Slice shrimp down the back in butterfly style. Preheat oven to 350°

Step 2Place shrimp between 2 tablespoons and slightly squeeze to spread shrimp out some.

Step 3Place shrimp in shallow baking dish, tail up with melted butter.

Step 4In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, panko, crab, almonds, merlot & sugar.

Step 5Stuff or cover ea. Shrimp with the mixture.

Step 6Place shrimp in oven for 30 minutes.
