1/2 lblouisiana crawfish

1 stickreal butter

1/2 cchopped celery

1/4 cchopped parsley

How To Make baby bella crawfish mushrooms

1Prepare baby bells by wiping with dry cloth. Make a slit on top of mushrooms.

2Chop all seasonings in a food processor into medium pieces. Sauté crawfish with seasonings.

3Add breadcrumbs, one egg, and cheese. Roll and form into little balls, then stuff the mushroom tops. Dip in beaten egg, then dip in buttermilk.

4Mix cornmeal and flour, and roll stuffed mushrooms in mixture. Repeating the process until all mushrooms rolled.

5Deep fry in oil at 350 degrees. Ready in about 5–7 minutes or until golden brown.
