spring hill ranch's deviled ham deviled eggs

Here's another of our collection of really good deviled eggs. This one uses that great deviled ham spread you can either buy in the little can with the white paper wrapper or make your own using this recipe: http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/appetizer/appetizer-meat-appetizer/spring-hill-ranchs-deviled-ham-spread.html?p=1 . Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs, hard cooked and peeled
  • 4 1/2 ounces deviled ham (canned or homemade - see https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/appetizer/appetizer-meat-appetizer/spring-hill-ranchs-deviled-ham-spread.html?p=1 )
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard (not the dijon type, as you don't really want the wine in this)
  • 1/4 cup good mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly coarse ground black pepper
  • OPTIONAL GARNISHES:
  • - sliced ripe olives
  • - chopped chives
  • - paprika

How To Make spring hill ranch's deviled ham deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks to a mixing bowl and use a fork to mash them. Add the deviled ham, mustard, mayonnaise, and black pepper and mix it all together well. Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves. Garnish each deviled egg with an olive slice, chopped chives and a sprinkle of paprika.
