I'm a big fan of chicken strips and this is one of my favorite recipes, these make great appetizers, and, their super quick and easy.

How to Make Savory Bacon Wrapped Chicken Strips


  1. Melt 2-3 Tablespoons of butter in a shallow baking pan. Season chicken w salt, pepper,garlic powder and chili powder,wrap in bacon and roll in brown sugar.
  2. Place the strips in the pan, Bake at 350 till glazed and golden brown, for 15 minutes on each side, for a total of about 30 minutes. Because of the brown sugar and butter they tend to burn easily, so check them often.
  3. Alternate method: Don't have bacon or choose not to use it? I have rolled these in the spices, then dredged the strips in Bisquick, then pressed them into the butter in the pan, turning to coat, then baked as directed above. YUM!
