Ingredients

  • 12 - eggs
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 cup season blend
  • 4 tablespoons tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

How To Make pickled eggs

  • Step 1
    Combine water, vinegar, season blend, creole season and hot sauce in a pot boiling for approximately 20-25 minutes
  • Step 2
    Place hard boiled eggs in a container with a lid. Pour vinegar/water mixture into the container. Let soak for 4-5 days or longer if stronger eggs are desired.
  • Step 3
    REMEMBER THE LONGER YOU LEAVE THE EGGS SOAK THE STRONGER THE FLAVOR!! Bon Appetite
