Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2" chunks
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup jalapeno jelly
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
How To Make kicking bourbon chicken bites

Step 1In lg bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, garlic powder, ground red pepper and salt. mix well to coat.

Step 2Heat oil in lg, deep skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken to oil in batches. Fry 6-8 mins or until golden brown.

Step 3In saucepan, over medium heat. Heat jelly, soy sauce and bourbon. Bring to a boil. Cook until jelly has melted, stirring constantly. Add chicken to sauce, stir to coat. Serve w/ toothpicks.
