1 lbchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
8 ozcream cheese, softened
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
4 ozgreen chilies, diced, drained
1jalapeno pepper, finely diced
How to Make Chicken Enchilada Dip
- Preheat oven 350.
- Place chicken on a medium baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred.
- Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chili peppers and jalapeno pepper. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
