chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
8 oz
mayonnaise
8 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz
green chilies, diced, drained

jalapeno pepper, finely diced

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 350.
  • 2Place chicken on a medium baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred.
  • 3Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green chili peppers and jalapeno pepper. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
