I made this for Super Bowl Sunday and for a potluck at work! HUGE hit!!! Easy to make also!!!! Hope you all enjoy this as much as we do!!!

Ingredients

  • 8
    strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    co-jack shredded cheese
  • 1 c
    finely chopped, seeded roma tomato's
  • 2 c
    chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 1
    loaf baguette, sliced with olive oil & garlic salt

How to Make Chicken Club Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven to Broil setting for the bread slices. Combine Soften cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder & salt. Add 1 1/4 cups of shredded cheese, reserve 1/4 cup for garnish. Add chopped tomato's and the chicken to mixture.Crumble bacon into mix saving some for garnish.Gently stir to combine. Top off with remaining cheese & bacon bits and shredded lettuce(optional) Put sliced,baguette bread with the olive oil & garlic salt on top in the oven for about 3 to 4 min or until golden brown. Serve & enjoy!
