I made this for Super Bowl Sunday and for a potluck at work! HUGE hit!!! Easy to make also!!!! Hope you all enjoy this as much as we do!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 - strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups co-jack shredded cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped, seeded roma tomato's
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 - loaf baguette, sliced with olive oil & garlic salt

How To Make chicken club dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat Oven to Broil setting for the bread slices. Combine Soften cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder & salt. Add 1 1/4 cups of shredded cheese, reserve 1/4 cup for garnish. Add chopped tomato's and the chicken to mixture.Crumble bacon into mix saving some for garnish.Gently stir to combine. Top off with remaining cheese & bacon bits and shredded lettuce(optional) Put sliced,baguette bread with the olive oil & garlic salt on top in the oven for about 3 to 4 min or until golden brown. Serve & enjoy!
