hard cooked eggs
3/4 c
finely chopped cooked bacon (divided)
1/4 c
2 tsp
sweet pickle relish
2 tsp
prepared mustard
1 tsp
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh chives
lemon pepper (to taste)

How to Make Bacon Deviled Eggs


  • 1Cut hard cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • 2Place yolks in small mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Add 1/2 cup chopped bacon, mayonnaise, relish, mustard and vinegar; mix well.
  • 3Spoon yolk mixture into hollow of egg halves and sprinkle with chives and remaining bacon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Refrigerate before serving.
