Ingredients

  • 3 c
    grated zucchini
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil

How to Make Zucchini Squares

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  3. Place mixture in the prepared dish.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
  5. NOTE: If you use a non-glass baking pan, change the temperature to 350 degrees.
