Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese(two cups)
- 1 pound chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion,diced
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 jar salsa
- 4 tablespoons cilantro, fresh,chopped
- 4 medium scallions,sliced in rounds
How To Make tater tot nachos!

Step 1Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees,spread the tots on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and browned. Meanwhile,brown the onion and garlic in the oil,add the chorizo meat,no skins and brown completely.

Step 2Remove tater tots from oven,transfer to an oven proof platter or dish,spread cooked chorizo mixture over tater tots,sprinkle with Mexican cheese and return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 3Garnish the nachos with the sour cream,salsa,cilantro and scallions. You can substitute beef chili or turkey chili if you prefer. You can also buy some salsa Verde which goes well with this too! Ole' Enjoy!! :)
