- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 - lemon , juice from 1/2
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper
- INSTRUCTIONS: BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL YOU GET THE CORRECT CONSISTENCY. DIP PITA CHIPS
