My family enjoyed this appetizer at the local Bubba-Que's Restaurant and being me I just had to make it less expensive!
We actually eat this as a meal with some good ol' buttered corn on the cob!

  • 1 pkg
    crinkle cut fries
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated pulled pork (no sauce)
  • 1 bag(s)
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    your preferred bbq sauce

How to Make Redneck Nachos

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven.
    Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread crinkle cut fries out in single layer and bake according to package
  2. Warm pulled pork and sauce together in microwave or in a sauce pan on the stove until hot and bubbly.
  3. Arrange cooked fries on plate, top with pulled pork, sprinkle on the cheese and enjoy! I keep additional sauce on the table for those who like to really heap it on.
