peaches and cream ham dip
if ever there was a top-ten list of the first words spoken by a Southern child, I bet "country ham" would be on it. Country ham tastes like nothing else. This easy dip takes advantage of it, while the peach preserves soften it. I like to serve this dip with crisp celery sticks, green apple slices, green grapes, and endive scoops. Choose straight forward Melba toast or Water crackers
