Ingredients
- 4 pounds neckbones
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon accent
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 1 slice whole onion
How To Make neckbones

Step 1Season the neck bones and put in a pot with 5 cups of water.

Step 2Slice the onion up and add to the pot. Allow the pot to come to a boil and then bring it to a low simmer.

Step 3Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, adding water when needed.
