My family loves Mexican. When I make this dish, there is none left.

Ingredients

  • 1 package taco mix
  • 2 pounds ground chuck or ground round, browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup red and green peppers
  • 1 package shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

How To Make nachos grande

  • Step 1
    Brown meat and drain. Pour meat back into the skillet. Add taco mix and use directions on back.
  • Step 2
    Using a 9 x 12 foil pan, layer the bottom of the pan with your favorite tortilla chips. Layer refried beans on top of meat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the mixture. Top off with peppers, tomatoes, olives and sour cream.
