Ingredients
- 9 ounces frozen asparagus, thawed
- 4 - eggwhites
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- dash - seasoned salt, garlic powder and cajun seasoning
How To Make muffin tin frittatas

Step 1Spray a medium skillet with cooking oil spray. Add onion and thawed asparagus (cut in 1 inch pieces) Saute' until soft.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 350'. Put liners in the muffin tins and spray them with cooking oil spray. Mix the egg whites and egg in a medium bowl and add the cheese and seasonings.

Step 3Add the vegetable mixture and spoon into the muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Remove from tins when cool. Enjoy !
