Ingredients

  • 12 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup country ham, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - fresh peach, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans

How To Make georgia peach deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Prepare hard boiled eggs - peel, slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
  • Step 2
    Mash together yolks and next 10 ingredients with a fork until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Top with sliced peaches and pecans. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one hour.
