Ingredients
- 12 - hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup country ham, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 - fresh peach, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans

Step 1Prepare hard boiled eggs - peel, slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks.

Step 2Mash together yolks and next 10 ingredients with a fork until smooth.

Step 3Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Top with sliced peaches and pecans. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one hour.
