    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 c
    greek yogurt
  • 2 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    country ham, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    peach preserves
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1
    fresh peach, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped toasted pecans

How to Make Georgia Peach Deviled Eggs


  1. Prepare hard boiled eggs - peel, slice in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
  2. Mash together yolks and next 10 ingredients with a fork until smooth.
  3. Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Top with sliced peaches and pecans. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one hour.
