Mmmmm! My mother always made these for the Holidays!

Always loved my egg filling smooth (no lumps) and this is always a huge hit!

Actually have a friend who doesn't eat eggs at all, but loves my Deviled Eggs.

Ingredients

  • 6
    hard boiled eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard (i use grey poupon)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    paprika

How to Make Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut all eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Set aside egg halves.
  2. In a food processor blend together Yolks, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Vinegar, Mustard, and Salt.
  3. Scoop filling into eggs
  4. Sprinkle Paprika on top of the eggs.
  5. Chill in the Fridge
