How to Make Deviled Eggs
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cover and let set for 13 minutes.
- Drain and run cold water over eggs to cool. Peel and slice lenghwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.
- Mash and mix yolks with remaining ingredients. To make filling shells easier, put filling in a ziplock bag and snip a small corner off.
- Fill shells. Top with paprika if desired. Chill.
