hard cooked eggs--peeled and halved
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
dijonaisse
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1/4 tsp
salt

How to Make Classic Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  • 2Mash egg yolks in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the egg white halves.
  • 3Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill if desired. Garnish if desired with chopped fresh parsley and/or paprika.
