Yield 12 deviled egg halves
Ingredients
- 6 - hard cooked eggs--peeled and halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijonaisse
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make classic deviled eggs

Step 1Separate egg yolks from egg whites.

Step 2Mash egg yolks in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the egg white halves.

Step 3Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill if desired. Garnish if desired with chopped fresh parsley and/or paprika.
