Ingredients

  • 6 - hard cooked eggs--peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijonaisse
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make classic deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  • Step 2
    Mash egg yolks in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the egg white halves.
  • Step 3
    Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill if desired. Garnish if desired with chopped fresh parsley and/or paprika.
