    hard cooked eggs--peeled and halved
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    dijonaisse
  • 1/2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Classic Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  2. Mash egg yolks in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the egg white halves.
  3. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill if desired. Garnish if desired with chopped fresh parsley and/or paprika.
