How to Make Chinese Tortellini


  1. Mix sesame oil and light soy sauce on a cookie sheet.
  2. Place cooked tortellini on cookie sheet, mixing it with the sesame oil/light soy sauce with your hands. You want the tortellini to soak up the mixture.
  3. Chill for at least 6 hours. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot or cold. I have used this as a hot side dish or a cold appetizer.
