Ingredients
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 8 - peeled shrimp
- 1/2 cup shitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 - scallions white parts only
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- - pinch of white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 15 - wonton wrappers
- - green peas for garnish
How To Make chicken shu mai dim sum chinese appetizer

Step 1Place all ingredients except wonton wrappers and peas in food processor. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2Place a wonton wrapper on cutting board.

Step 3Place about 2 tbsp filling in the middle

Step 4Wet fingertips and gather up the sides and pinch the four corners together

Step 5Cut the wings off.

Step 6Top with green peas.

Step 7Place the dim sums in bamboo steamer and steam over boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes

Step 8Serve with favorite dipping sauce. I use sweet soy sauce with a little chili sauce mixed in
