How to Make Chicken Shu Mai Dim Sum Chinese Appetizer
1Place all ingredients except wonton wrappers and peas in food processor. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2Place a wonton wrapper on cutting board.
3Place about 2 tbsp filling in the middle
4Wet fingertips and gather up the sides and pinch the four corners together
7Place the dim sums in bamboo steamer and steam over boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes
8Serve with favorite dipping sauce. I use sweet soy sauce with a little chili sauce mixed in
