How to Make Bacon Nuts
- Marinate the water chestnuts in the soy sauce and rum for 1 hour. Put ¼ cup of sugar in a plastic bag, add the water chestnuts and shake until coated. Cut bacon strips in half and wrap each water chestnut with a strip of bacon. And fasten with a toothpick. Bake at 400* 15 to 18 minutes. Drain well and serve hot.
