  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb
    deli ham slices
  • 1/4 lb
    pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 lb
    salami slices
  • 1/4 lb
    provolone cheese slices
  • 1/4 lb
    swiss cheese slices
  • 1 small
    jar of roasted red peppers optional
  • 3 large
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Anitpasto Crescents


  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  2. unroll one can of crescent rolls and place on bottom of pan. Pinching together.
  3. Layer meat and cheeses ending with roasted red peppers.
  4. In a small bowl beat eggs with water. Stir in parmesan cheese. Pour over layers in pan.
  5. Open the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of layers.
  6. Bake 45 min. Cut into squares
