How to Make My Best Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
Mix all ingredients together, form golf ball size meatballs,I like to use a cookie scoop,it's easier to make them uniform.
  2. Place on rack in a baking pan, and bake 35- 40 min.
These freeze beautifully, placed on a jellyroll pan until frozen, then put in a zip lock bag.
