Ingredients For my best meatballs

1 lbmeat loaf mix

1/2 cricotta cheese

1 lgegg
-
1/4 cbread crumbs

1/4 cfresh parsley

2 Tbspfresh basil

1/4 cminced onion
-
3-4 clovegarlic minced

1 tsporegano, dried
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/4 tspsugar

1/4 cparmesan cheese

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 tspfennel (ground)
How To Make my best meatballs

1Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients together, form golf ball size meatballs,I like to use a cookie scoop,it's easier to make them uniform.

2Place on rack in a baking pan, and bake 35- 40 min. These freeze beautifully, placed on a jellyroll pan until frozen, then put in a zip lock bag.
