16 ounce smokies
1 pkg
bacon cut into 3rds
1 c
dark brown sugar

How to Make Sweet and savory Bacon Wrapped Smokies


  • 1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2Wrap each sausage link with a bacon piece, overlapping the bacon piece at the end. Press the end of the bacon piece to seal. Place in baking dish.
  • 3Sprinkle brown sugar over smokies then roll smokies over and sprinke remainig brown sugar over them.
  • 4Bake about 30 minutes or until the bacon is browned. Serve immediately.
  • 5Make in advance, just store in refrigerator before baking them. I put mine in a crock pot after cooking them to keep them warm.
