Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke- i use more
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder-not salt!
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons morton's tender quick salt

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl till well blended. Form into 2-2" rolls or logs. Wrap in Saran wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hour on a broiler pan turning frequently with tongs at 300 degrees. Slice and enjoy with sliced cheese and Trisket crackers.
