This is yet another version of the cocktail meatballs that are so popular for pot lucks. I make these often, and they are my favorite. People like them a lot.

Ingredients

lean ground beef

egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c
dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
finely chopped parsley
2
green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper

GRAPE CHILI SAUCE

1 c
chili sauce
1 c
grape jelly
1 tsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
soy sauce

How to Make Slow Cooker Fruity Glazed Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1To make meatballs: In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
  • 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 3To prepare sauce: Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in slow-cooker . Add meatballs.
  • 4Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
