This is yet another version of the cocktail meatballs that are so popular for pot lucks. I make these often, and they are my favorite. People like them a lot.

lean ground beef
egg, slightly beaten
dry bread crumbs
finely chopped parsley
green onions, finely chopped
GRAPE CHILI SAUCE
packed brown sugar
How To Make
To make meatballs: In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
To prepare sauce: Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in slow-cooker . Add meatballs.
Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
