This is yet another version of the cocktail meatballs that are so popular for pot lucks. I make these often, and they are my favorite. People like them a lot.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    finely chopped parsley
  • 2
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • GRAPE CHILI SAUCE

  • 1 c
    chili sauce
  • 1 c
    grape jelly
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce

How to Make Slow Cooker Fruity Glazed Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. To make meatballs: In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. To prepare sauce: Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in slow-cooker . Add meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
