Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 - green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- GRAPE CHILI SAUCE
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
How To Make slow cooker fruity glazed meatballs

Step 1To make meatballs: In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 3To prepare sauce: Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in slow-cooker . Add meatballs.

Step 4Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
