Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa - sliced
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon each - pepper, ground ginger, garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- rice - prepared
How To Make ~ simply glazed kielbasa over rice ~

Step 1In a medium sized skillet over medium heat, whisk together all ingredients but the rice and kielbasa. Once the preserves have melted and all has come to a simmer. Add the sliced kielbasa and turn the heat to low. Leave simmer for 45 minutes to an hour. Stirring occasionally.

Step 2Plate rice and spoon Kielbasa and sauce over it. Yum! One of those easy meals that gets better the longer it cooks. Enjoy!
