How to Make Shirley's Bacon Appetizer

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut each bacon strip into 3 pieces.
  2. Spread just enough brown sugar on each wafer to cover top.
  3. Place one bacon strip over each wafer ,tuck any overlap under edge of wafer.
  4. Place in oven on baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch carefully, will brown rapidly in last couple of minutes. Serve hot or cold.
